RAS Service extended to at least June 2017

Since 2013 RAS has offered insurance support to 4684 homeowners, in 2016 the service evolved further to a brokered solutions service where a RAS broker is supported by an established range of expertise and knowledge.

The free service will extend to at least June 2017 to ensure as many people as possible can be helped by the brokers.

The addition of a specialised Multi-Unit Buildings broker has also seen many complex and difficult sites determine a settlement approach and a pathway forward.

Homeowners are encouraged to seek support if they are not feeling confident that their claim is progressing as they would like, they have a problem that they need help with, or they would like assurance that the offer they have received is appropriate.
